Links fixed

Hello,
After a little investigation, i discovered that there was bad links.
If you guys had leave comments, maybe i could have correct it earlier... That's the use of comments.
Well, there was 2 bad links in the left panel :
Fate Stay Night
Kara no Kyoukai

1 bad release link :
Fate Stay Night - 08 (it was a duplicate of episode 7)

All these links have been fixed in the corresponding posts & panel.
